1. General Information
1.1 This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Posh Gifts website.
1.2 By placing an order with Posh Gifts, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy.
2. Domestic Shipping
2.1 Posh Gifts currently only ships within South Africa.
2.2 We offer door-to-door delivery service for all orders.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 A flat rate of R140 is charged for delivery on all orders, regardless of size or destination within South Africa.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the completion of your order.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Order preparation typically takes 24-48 hours from the time of payment confirmation.
4.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Delivery Timeframes
5.1 Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after order preparation is complete.
5.2 Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
6. Tracking Your Order
6.1 Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information if available.
6.2 You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email or by logging into your account on our website.
7. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
7.1 Our courier partner will attempt delivery during business hours.
7.2 If you're not available to receive your package, the courier may leave a note and attempt redelivery on the next business day.
7.3 After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Posh Gifts. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Shipping Restrictions
8.1 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
8.2 Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., fragile items, perishables). These will be clearly stated on the product page.
9. International Shipping
9.1 At this time, Posh Gifts does not offer international shipping.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
10.1 Posh Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier service.
10.2 In the event that a package is reported as damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
11. Address Changes
11.1 If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address if the order has already been processed.
12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
12.1 All orders are shipped from within South Africa. As we do not currently offer international shipping, there are no additional customs, duties, or taxes.
